The process (1).png

Start by completing our online contact form with your details and a brief description of your ear concerns.
We’ll then get in touch via email or telephone to discuss your needs.
After this, you’ll receive a consent form. Once it’s completed and we’ve received your deposit, your appointment will be confirmed.

Consultation

At your appointment, you’ll have a consultation with your clinician.
This is your opportunity to:

  • Discuss your ear health concerns in detail

  • Review the information you shared in your consent form

  • Ask any questions you may have

Otoscopy (Ear Examination)

We use a small, high-resolution camera to examine your ear canal and eardrum.

  • You can view the images in real-time alongside your clinician, giving you a clear and immediate understanding of your ear health.

  • We also use manual otoscopy for added precision.

Treatment & Aftercare:

Based on your assessment results, we may recommend microsuction and/or irrigation.
Both procedures are safe and effective methods for ear wax removal, approved by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

After your treatment, we’ll provide personalised aftercare advice to support your ongoing ear health.
