At your appointment: Firstly we will have a consultation which provides an opportunity to discuss your ear-related concerns in detail, review the information provided in your consent form, and address any questions you may have regarding the process or treatment.

Once we receive your completed consent form and deposit, your appointment will be confirmed.
Video otoscopy: Rather than using a traditional magnifying lens, we use a small, high-resolution camera to capture live video of your ear canal and eardrum. This allows you to view the images in real time alongside the practitioner, providing a clear and immediate understanding of your ear health.
Based on the results of your earlier assessments, we will proceed with either microsuction or irrigation—both of which are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as safe and effective methods of ear wax removal. Following treatment, we will review our clinical findings with you and provide personalised aftercare advice to support your ear health.
